Ribbon procession at General Synod
General Synod 2004
The Ribbon was created at General Synod 2004. After it was created, the artist who designed it, Thomas Roach, and a number of volunteers mounted the piece on poles and processed through the plenary hall. The procession led to the stage where the Ribbon was drawn up into the shape of the traditional AIDS ribbon.
