(Ottawa, ON, April 30, 2008) The Honourable Beverley J. Oda, Minister of International Cooperation, today announced that the Government of Canada will provide $5 million in additional funding for Canadian Foodgrains Bank to help address the rising cost of food. This is in addition to Canada’s a nnual $20 million contribution to the Foodgrains Bank. Full press release....
