Sharing the PWRDF Story
The Primate's World Relief and Development Fund uses speaking engagements as a frequent way of telling Canadian Anglicans the stories about our work. As our story becomes more widely known, requests for speaking engagements increase and we find ourselves depending on people other than PWRDF staff. This is natural since the work of PWRDF is carried out largely by Canadian and overseas partners as well as Canadian Anglicans, not solely or even primarily by PWRDF staff.
We have recorded our current practice regarding speaking engagements and are formally inviting the wider community to join us in sharing the PWRDF story. We know that many Diocesan Representatives speak in parishes regularly as do some former Board members. We also know that there are many PWRDF ambassadors who we are completely unaware of. Our thanks go out to all of you who continually share how Canadian Anglicans can Act, Give, and Pray to support our ministry.
We are very excited about formalizing this practice of ours and thank the many PWRDF supporters who have shared our story over the years.
